Underpinning prices in Wollongong
This site does not set or quote prices. Published figures for underpinning depend heavily on the method, and the one band we could carry comes from three businesses that each sell resin injection. It is not a price for your house.

Mainmark's Wollongong page says to expect the average residential underpinning job to cost between A$4,000 and A$15,000, and its Sydney page gives A$4,000 to A$15,000 for many home resin injection repairs. Buildfix gives an approximate cost of underpinning of A$4,000 to A$16,000. Resinject says the cost of underpinning a house in Australia typically ranges from A$3,000 to A$25,000 as a general guide. Each business sells resin injection, Mainmark's two pages are one business's, Resinject's figure covers the whole of Australia, and Buildfix's page carries no date of its own. Before you agree to a price
Ask for a licence number and the categories it covers, since underpinning or piering work above A$5,000 is licensed. Where a contract is worth more than A$20,000 including GST, you should receive proof of home building compensation cover for your property before the work starts or a deposit is taken, and a deposit can be no more than 10% of the contract price. Then ask which cause each quote assumes, because two quotes for one house can rest on different causes.
